Last updated: October 19, 2026. By using a tool or downloading its output, you agree to follow the applicable conditions below to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Permitted use
MyTimeCalculators provides editing, conversion, counting, and document-manipulation utilities for ordinary personal, educational, and professional tasks. You may use the available interfaces to prepare your own material or material you are authorized to handle. The website is not a substitute for the requirements of an employer, publisher, government agency, third-party platform, or other recipient. Check the destination's current specifications before relying on a conversion or export.
Do not use the tools to violate intellectual-property rights, evade security measures, interfere with website availability, distribute unlawful material, or process information without appropriate authority. Automated access that substantially burdens the service, attempts to bypass technical limits, or probes for security weaknesses without authorization may be restricted.
Your content and permission to use it
You remain responsible for text, images, PDFs, and data that you choose to process. Uploading an image to add a watermark does not establish ownership of the underlying photograph. Combining documents does not give you a right to distribute them, and removing metadata does not remove contractual or copyright restrictions. Make sure you have the necessary permissions before editing, reproducing, publishing, or sharing a file.
The website does not claim ownership of content solely because you use a utility to transform it. It also does not provide a storage account, backup service, or long-term record of your uploads and exports in its current implementation. Save original copies and keep any working drafts that might be needed to reverse a change.
Accuracy and limitations of results
We aim to make the implemented features behave consistently with their descriptions, but output accuracy and suitability depend on the source material, settings, browser capabilities, and downstream application. Counting methods differ for some Unicode sequences and languages. CSV and JSON conversions can alter value representations if a format or spreadsheet program interprets information differently. Image resizing, compression, and conversion can discard information or change visible quality.
Some PDF operations preserve page content, while visual PDF compression and conversion to JPG can flatten a page into an image. A flattened file may lose selectable text, interactive elements, or accessibility features. Background removal may leave halos, remove part of a subject, or struggle with fine details. Always inspect important outputs before sending them to another person, printing them, or publishing them. A successful download does not guarantee that every downstream application will interpret the file in the same way.
Public website inspections
When using link, redirect, heading, or image-attribute inspections, submit public URLs only where you are authorized to perform a reasonable diagnostic check. Respect the destination website's usage conditions, access restrictions, and robots.txt policy. Do not use these tools to probe private infrastructure, overwhelm a service, circumvent security controls, or submit URLs containing private access tokens. Inspection limits are designed to protect the hosting service and other websites and may cause requests to stop before all possible links are checked. A successful HTTP response does not prove that a page is safe, accurate, accessible, or approved for indexing. Access-denied and timed-out requests are not evidence that content is permanently missing.
External services and compatibility
Parts of the website may request fonts or other assets from external providers. Optional features, such as AI-assisted background segmentation, can require additional downloaded software or model files. Third-party services operate under their own terms and availability policies. We do not control all browser versions, operating systems, network configurations, document viewers, or third-party file formats, and those differences can affect whether a function is available.
No professional or regulated advice
Tools for editing and preparing content do not offer legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. A character counter cannot determine whether an advertisement meets a platform's rules; a document converter cannot establish a contract's validity; and an image editor cannot confirm that a file is legally cleared for public use. Make decisions about rights, compliance, or sensitive uses with the appropriate qualified person or authority.
Service changes and availability
Features may be improved, removed, or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security concerns, browser changes, or third-party dependency failures. We may restrict uses that threaten the service, other visitors, or its infrastructure. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent support for every format, or recovery of files that you have not saved locally.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tools are offered as available, without a promise that every output will meet a particular business or technical requirement. You are responsible for checking the suitability and correctness of results for your intended use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer-protection or other applicable law. Any liability limitation must be interpreted within those legal restrictions.
Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy describes website requests, local processing, external resources, and data-related choices. If you need to report a problem or raise a concern about these terms, use the contact method displayed on our Contact Us page. Please avoid including passwords, private identity records, or confidential attachments in routine reports.
Changes to these terms
We may update these conditions as the tool collection develops or relevant legal requirements change. The date at the top indicates the version published on this page. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and any consent or notice requirements that may apply. If a material change affects your use of the website, review the revised terms before continuing.
