Information involved in your visit
When a website page is requested, its hosting infrastructure normally receives technical information needed to deliver it. This may include an IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, request timing, and security-related events. The hosting provider or network service may retain technical records for service reliability and abuse prevention. Retention periods and access controls depend on those providers and the hosting configuration. Requests for website pages and third-party resources are not anonymous.
Most editing tools receive text or files that you choose to enter. The released text tools transform or analyze their inputs in the page. The image editors use browser image-decoding and canvas functionality to display and export modified pictures. PDF tools use document-processing libraries to combine pages, split documents, rasterize pages, and create downloads. CSV and XLSX converters process selected data to create requested output files. The currently supplied application does not intentionally upload this material to a MyTimeCalculators file-storage service, but network services used to load the application can still receive normal connection information.
Website inspection and submitted URLs
The website inspection tools handle information differently from the document editors. When you select live URL inspection, the page address you enter is sent to our hosting server, which may request that public page and its robots.txt file on your behalf. The destination website can receive a request from our hosting infrastructure and may log the requested path, its own response, and the inspection tool's user-agent information. The live tools may also request a limited set of linked destinations to check their HTTP status. The resulting response headers and, for HTML inspections, a limited amount of public page source are returned to your browser to build the report. We do not provide a saved account history of these reports, and the current inspection code does not intentionally store retrieved page bodies in a user archive.
The inspection endpoint uses short-term abuse controls based on a hashed representation of the visitor's network address and request timestamps, stored in temporary hosting files, alongside any normal access and security logs kept by the hosting provider. Avoid submitting private URLs, secret query parameters, or authentication credentials. The service refuses local addresses and URLs containing embedded credentials, but visitors remain responsible for choosing appropriate public destinations. Pasted HTML used in source-analysis mode is interpreted by the webpage's interface rather than sent to the live inspection endpoint.
Image background removal and additional downloads
The optional AI background-removal feature downloads model resources when you choose that mode. Its present implementation references a model hosted through Hugging Face, which may receive network requests such as your IP address and information about requested files. The selected photograph is intended to be processed within your device rather than uploaded to the website operator for segmentation. External model availability, licensing, and technical behavior can change; review the third-party provider's applicable privacy information if you use that feature.
Background removal also offers a manual color-selection method. This mode uses the uploaded image and adjustments in the editing interface. Because files vary greatly, transparent edges or colors may need correction. The tool does not provide an online archive of the originals or finished images.
Cookies, local storage, and third-party resources
The website uses a Google Fonts stylesheet for typography, so browsers may make requests to Google's font infrastructure. Some browser features and downloadable model libraries may use caches or device storage controlled by the browser. Downloaded files can remain on your computer or phone until you remove them through your device or browser's download controls.
The website has an AdSense publisher account identifier for ownership verification, but the advertising placements are not enabled. If advertising is activated, Google may process identifiers, cookies, network information, and ad interactions for delivery, measurement, and personalization where permitted. Appropriate disclosures and consent controls must be in place before advertising begins.
Advertising consent settings are not controlled by a simple browser preference alone. Visitors may also have choices through any consent-management interface supplied by the site. MyTimeCalculators does not claim that disabling a particular setting reverses information already handled by another service.
How information may be used
Technical connection and security information may be used to deliver webpages, investigate failures, identify automated abuse, and maintain service availability. Information voluntarily sent through a future configured contact mailbox would be used to understand and respond to that inquiry, investigate the relevant issue, and maintain reasonable records of the communication. The website is not designed for collecting private identity documents or highly sensitive personal information through its tools or contact channel.
Sharing, retention, and transfers
Website hosting and network providers necessarily participate in delivering requested pages and assets. External resources such as Google Fonts and the optional model service are provided by their respective operators. We do not describe these providers as subsidiaries of MyTimeCalculators or claim that their retention practices match ours. Requests can be processed in jurisdictions different from your own, depending on the selected network and service provider.
Text and files processed for an output are not intentionally kept in a MyTimeCalculators user account or document archive in the current implementation. Your browser may retain data in memory, caches, downloads, or other device-managed locations. Retention of hosting logs is controlled by the hosting configuration and service provider, and no universal deletion period is asserted here without verified operator records. Email correspondence, when a support address is available, may be kept as needed to respond to questions, investigate issues, and meet applicable obligations.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose which information to enter, avoid uploading private files, close a tool without exporting a result, clear website data or caches through your browser, and delete downloaded outputs on your own device. Your applicable legal rights may include requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information handled by the site operator, subject to local law and the actual information held. We may need enough information to locate a relevant record and verify that a request is legitimate, but you should not send sensitive identification documents to an unverified mailbox.

Children and sensitive materials
These utilities are intended for ordinary writing, design, document, and data tasks. The website does not intentionally request information about children or invite visitors to submit medical histories, identification documents, passwords, or financial account records. If a task involves confidential or regulated information, evaluate the device, browser, network, and third-party dependencies before processing the material.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy when tool functionality, hosting arrangements, third-party dependencies, or legal requirements change. Significant changes should be reflected in the published text and update date. Review this page when a new feature introduces accounts, file uploads to a server, advertising, or analytics, as those changes can affect the information handled during a visit.
