When you write, identify the page where the issue occurred and explain what you expected to happen. A short example of ordinary, non-sensitive input can be useful for a text tool, and the exported file type or dimensions may help explain an image or PDF problem. You do not need to send personal records or the original confidential document.

Reporting a calculation or conversion issue
Include the name of the tool and the sequence of actions that led to the problem. If you used an image compressor, describe the original format, approximate file size, output format, and quality setting. For spreadsheets, the input file type, worksheet selection, and whether the first row contained headers can help identify the cause. With a PDF, mention whether the document was password-protected, contained forms, or used scanned pages. When possible, describe the error without attaching the original file.
Please do not send sensitive documents, private photographs, security credentials, payment information, or copies of identification documents unless a specific secure method has been arranged. Ordinary reports can be investigated from file types, settings, public sample content, and the text of error messages.
Accessibility feedback
Some people work entirely with a keyboard, screen reader, high zoom level, or assistive input device. If a button cannot be reached, a result is not announced clearly, or text becomes difficult to read on a particular screen, describe the page, device, and behavior you observed. We may not be able to reproduce every environment immediately, but that detail helps us identify which interaction needs attention.
